HYMN – EARLY IN THE MORNING, I WILL PRAISE THE LORD

EARLY IN THE MORNING, I WILL PRAISE THE LORD
Composed by Z. A. Ogunsanya, 3/7/2018. Around 3:50 am.

  1. Early in the morning, I will praise the Lord
Also at the noontide, I will praise the Lord
Evening and the midnight, praising the Lord
Is my duty all the time
I will praise the Lord /2ice.
    Everyday every time
    I will praise the Lord
    Hallelujah, praise the Lord /2ice.

  2. In this place I am now, I will praise the Lord
Wherever I may be, I will praise the Lord
With saints or with sinners, praising the Lord
    I will do very freely
I will praise the Lord /2ice.
    Everywhere I may be
    I will praise the Lord
    Hallelujah, praise the Lord /2ice.

  3. In every condition, I will praise the Lord
In plenty and in want, I will praise the Lord
Whatever may happen, praising the Lord
I will never stop to do
I will praise the Lord /2ice.
    In every condition
    I will praise the Lord
    Hallelujah, praise the Lord /2ice.

  4. If I’m very joyful, I will praise the Lord
If sadness attacks me, I will praise the Lord
If Satan likes or not, praising the Lord
    Will remain my song always
I will praise the Lord /2ice.
    With everlasting joy
    I will praise the Lord
    Hallelujah, praise the Lord /2ice.

  5. With my fellow Christians, I will praise the Lord
And with all my household, I will praise the Lord
Like the Angels of God, praising the Lord
    I will do very gladly
I will praise the Lord /2ice.
    With other saints of God
    I will praise the Lord
    Hallelujah, praise the Lord /2ice.

  6. With all my resources, I will praise the Lord
Body, soul and spirit, I will praise the Lord
I mean with my whole life, praising the Lord
    I will do seriously
I will praise the Lord /2ice.
    With everything I have
    I will praise the Lord
    Hallelujah, praise the Lord /2ice.

  7. Now that I am still young, I will praise that Lord
If I become older, I will praise the Lord
Whenever I may die, praising the Lord
    I will do forevermore
I will praise the Lord /2ice.
    Now and forevermore
    I will praise the Lord
    Hallelujah, praise the Lord /2ice.
