1. Alas, many mighty men are falling.
   Many wise men are being mislead
   Only, if You are by my side oh Lord
   I will be able to stand
   And continue on the right path.

2. Behold, even now on the narrow way
   The first are becoming the last
   Today, I need more strength from You oh Lord
   So that I will truly stand
   And move fast on the narrow way.

3. Satan, the wicked one is desperate
   Looking for who he will devour
   Surely, through Your guidance and help oh Lord
   One will be able to stand
   And overcome sin and Satan.

4. Truly, I have made up my mind dear Lord
   To stay forever on Your side
   I pray, give me enablement oh Lord
   To continuously stand
   And fulfill this good decision.
